Following the consultation meeting we will prepare a landscape plan.  At Devemy Garden Design we use the latest in technical CAD landscape modeling software to draw the landscape plan so that a landscape contractor of your choice can easily and accurately provide a quotation for the realization. 

The landscape plan includes a selection of materials, plants selection and description. 

Once the initial design is ready, we meet again to review it together to ensure that the vision you have for your landscape is properly captured. Then a final version is delivered with detailed design plans that you can provide to the landscape contractor of your choice. 

 At Devemy Garden Design we will prepare the permit application for you if your project requires a permit from the municipality.
